  Conclusion

PowerColor has definitely come up with a great motherboard solution which will satisfy a large portion of the gamers market.  The onboard Riva TNT with 16MB SDRAM is the best you can get right now and the Yamaha XG 724/740 chip doesn't fall too far behind the pack either, providing very good 3D audio.  On the whole, this board performs better than my Abit BH6, STB Velocity 4400 combo.  The only downfalls to this board are its lack of overclocking tools and lack of AGP slot for video upgradability.  However, considering there is a TNT onboard rather than an el-cheapo video chipset, most people will not feel the need to upgrade their the video board for quite awhile, at least until a better motherboard comes out based on next generation chipsets.  So for the time being, the PowerColor DREAMCODE is a very hard to beat motherboard, with all the features you desire at what should be a very good price.
