Hardware
Layout
This unique device has a plastic shell covering (as seen below), and a
unique type of fan that spans the whole width of the 5 1/4 inch bay.
If I were to describe it, its a bunch of metal flaps arranged in a circle
kind of like those huge wheel's that use to propel old steamboats.
It also has a very fine aluminum mesh at the bottom which acts as a filter
(keeping dust out) and where cool air from the external environment enters.
Overall, this PC Air Conditioner looks very rigid and strong.
Features
The I Storm PC Air Conditioner is packed with lots of features such as: "Special
Cross - Flow fan" to direct air flow direction across the entire bay, "Low Vibration", "The
quietest hard drive cooler (26dBA)", and it also has a "low power consumption (0.72W). By
using these features, you can exercise your hard drive(s) in a more comfortable
environment which can also maximize and maintain you hard drive(s) performance without
losing data or slowing it down. Any power user with two to three hard drives and a
ton of devices in their system like me should definitely get one of these.
Installation
You don't have to be Albert Einstein to install one of these PC Air Conditioners.
Like I mentioned in the "Packaging" section, the simple instruction are located
on the bottom of the box.
I. Unscrew the case and slightly push out the front panel
II. Install I Storm and make sure connector is in the case
III. Screw the I Storm
IV. Plug the connector to the Power Supply
V. Screw the case. Installation completed

That's it! - Voila! - Its done.

Conclusion
Well it comes down to this, if you are obsessed with cooling then this fan will
help ease your stress and worries of hot temperatures inside your case. It
some cases it reduced overall ambient temperature by 4 degrees Celsius. As always,
running cool always brings the highest stability and speed and the only other way to
achieve this is by leaving your case open all the time. However, most of us cannot
afford to let our components rot away slowly by the dust. The best use
for this cooler is for those 7200 and 10,000 RPM Ultra ATA/66 and SCSI hard
drives which get pretty hot during use. This cooler can do wonders for
increasing stability and operating temperatures. Overall, this fan is not a
necessity for the ordinary user but is a welcome addition to any system.
